Founded in 1960, the U.S. Grains Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to building export markets for U.S. sorghum, barley, corn and their products. The Council is headquartered in Washington, D.C. and has 10 international offices and active market development programs in nearly 80 counties. Financial support from the Council's producer and agribusiness members triggers matching market development funds from the U.S. government and support from cooperating groups in other countries.
